Traditions That Are Generally Done During Ramadan
Indonesia is a country that is Islam or is the largest Muslim in the world,the fasting month of bulan pahala is something that is mandatory and one of the pillars of Islam,and many activities undertaken by Muslims in the month of Ramadan.
Among them are two common traditions of Indonesian society, especially in Jakarta in the month of Ramadan.
° Ngabuburit from Sunda, (west java) waiting or activities performed before / before the outbreak of the fasting period.

Culinary food,looking for food to break the fast.
Ordinary in the afternoon before the breaking time they will find food to break the fast, in the area around the neighborhood,or in places that usually sell a variety of food for breaking the fast,
And this food merchant is usually only in the month of Ramadan

I always cook my child's favorite food to break the fast
° Break the fasting together
Usually done with large families,friends,relationships and so forth.

This I do every month ramadan,
And in the month of Ramadhan this year I break the fast with an old friend who has not met long enough.
They were old friends when I lived in Depok West Java in 1977-1982, but still communicate in FB,and through FB we talked a week ago and finally we break the fast together at his residence,and the other friend lives in Houston America,who Happened to be in jakarta.
And with college friends who have been routine since 90s in every month of bulan pahala we break the fast together.

Usually I do breaking fast with my childs,
Breaking the fast together outside / Restaurants with my children has become a routine every bulan pahala month,since they fasted in Ramadan. Initially just to make them happy because they have fasted in the month of Ramadan,and become fasting in the month of bulan pahala something they like and love, not because they have to do it.
But this year my childs still can not find time because it is still busy,
it's okay because fasting fast is still 14 days.
