Culinary And Craft From Minang Kabau.

Maybe this is not very interesting to be an article,but in the week I'm not having any ideas or materials for me to make an article,

On May 2,2017,I was at the exhibition of culinary and craft minang kabau,various cuisines and crafts from west sumatra Indonesia.

Minangkabau cuisine is quite popular in Indonesia,and also abroad,Padang restaurant almost anywhere,with its cuisine Rendang Meat,green chilli duck,Dendeng balado and others.

My mother comes from minang kabau / west sumatra,already very familiar with the typical taste,but I have not all tried the various dishes from minang kabau.
West Sumatra,consists of several districts and each has its own taste,

Pisang kapik bakar/grilled banana

Lemang from Solok

Martabak mesir from Kubang

Palai bada from Pariaman

Godok ubi ungu

And also has a variety of snacks with minangkabau taste.Commonly used as a souvenir from west Sumatra.

West Sumatra not only has art weaving Ikat and songket weaving,

but also embroidery and embroidering art that is done smoothly and beautifully,

And woven crafts from rattan and pandanus which also look very good and also done with neat and smooth.
